A seized oil tanker linked to Venezuela was sailing under the Russian flag

The Marinera oil tanker, formerly the Bella-1, was seized in the North Atlantic while it sailed under the Russian flag. CBS News' Charlie D'Agata has the latest on the tankers seized that are linked to Venezuela.
