Distressed Brazilian Investor Forced to Sell Stake in His Crown Jewel

Veteran Brazilian investor Nelson Tanure gave up almost all of his stake in an oil company seen as the crown jewel of his empire in order to pay back creditors, according to people familiar with the matter.
