<think> </think> As of now, there is no factual basis for the claim that Keir Starmer has resigned as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He currently holds the office and is actively serving his term. Any news suggesting his resignation appears to be misinformation or a rumor. Its important to rely on verified sources from reputable news outlets for accurate political updates.

<think> </think> This headline appears to be inaccurate as of today, as Keir Starmer is currently serving as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and has not announced his resignation. In the event that such a significant political development were to occur, it would undoubtedly send shockwaves through the UK, prompting urgent speculation about the future of Labours leadership, the stability of the government, and the immediate path toward a new Prime Minister.

<think> </think> There has been no announcement of Keir Starmer resigning as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. As of now, he remains the serving Prime Minister, having taken office in July 2024 following the Labour Partys historic general election victory. Please be sure to check reputable news sources for the latest confirmed information, as misinformation about political resignations can spread quickly.

<think> </think> There appears to be a factual error in the premise of your request. **Keir Starmer has not resigned as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.** He succeeded Liz Truss in July 2024 following the Labour Partys victory in the general election and is currently serving his first term. As of now, he remains in office, and reports claiming his resignation are likely misinformation or speculation.
