Donna Keogh, 17, was last seen in Middlesbrough on 28 April 1998 and is known to have travelled to Leeds during that year. Detectives said it was "strongly suspected" she was murdered shortly after she disappeared. A 62-year-old man was arrested in the Manchester area and would be interviewed in police custody, Cleveland Police said. Earlier this year, officers arrested a 64-year-old man from the Leeds area, also on suspicion of murder. He remained on bail while the investigation continued, police said. Her body has never been found despite a decades-long investigation. Deputy senior investigating officer, Det Insp Evan Kirtley, said her family had lived in "unbearable uncertainty" for nearly 30 years. "Somebody out there knows what happened and could tell us, in order to give the family some comfort and peace, after all this time." In recent months, detectives investigating her disappearance and suspected murder had been carrying out inquiries in the Leeds area. The man was arrested on Friday morning, police added.
