Bedfordshire Police said it responded to reports of violent disorder in Kingsway Recreation Ground at about 18:30 on Friday, where a number of teenagers were seen carrying large knives. A 17-year-old, who has not been identified, was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds but was pronounced dead shortly after, the force said. One teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and is in police custody for questioning. A second teenage boy was arrested but remains in hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Police are appealing to the public for information. Related topics Luton England Knife crime
