Details on Navy SEAL raid that seized former Bella 1 tanker accused of carrying sanctioned oil

The U.S. military has seized two oil tankers linked to Venezuela. The Trump administration said the two ships, the Marinera in the North Atlantic and the Sophia in the Caribbean, were carrying sanctioned oil.
